Set of 4 oyster plates Vallauris

Set of 4 oyster plates from Vallauris from the 1950s-60s. Each plate features a different central motif: a fish, a starfish, a lemon, a shrimp, creating a charming little maritime bestiary. The colours are intact and vibrant, with the cavities carved into the plates having a delicate green, slightly more grey-green for the "shrimp" plate (the artisanal work allows for some randomness during firing). The plates are in perfect condition, with no cracks or chips, and are signed "Vallauris" on the back, see last photo. This model was produced in small series and is truly original. Diameter 24.5 cm.
