Vintage brass fire screen with 3 panels

Elegant vintage fire screen/spark guard (circa 1980) with three articulated panels, made with a brass frame and fine metal mesh. It features a lovely architectural composition with a central panel topped by an elegant half-moon curve, flanked by two lower side panels. The vertical posts are adorned with small decorative finials. The articulated structure allows for easy deployment or folding of the fire screen according to the desired use. A piece that is both functional and decorative, it will add a lot of charm in front of a fireplace, even when not in use. The grilles are in very good condition. The brass is slightly patinated but still vibrant, with some marks and variations in patina due to age and use.
