Golden metal and alabaster lamp with fringed shade in Hollywood Regency style - 1970s

An old lamp consisting of a gilded metal base with white alabaster elements, accompanied by its original fringed synthetic fabric shade. The whole piece exhibits a typical aesthetic of decorative productions from the 1970s, in a Hollywood Regency style. The base rests on a tripodal base with moulded decoration. It is equipped with a black socket for an E27 bulb and has a switch on the cable. Functionality has been tested. The lamp is in good condition with signs of wear consistent with its age and use. An old restored crack is visible up close on one element of the base, without affecting the stability or overall integrity of the piece. The shade also shows some discolouration and minor peeling of the trim at certain junctions with the metal structure. Dimensions: Complete lamp: H67 X W28 X D28 cm. Base only: H40 X W14 X D14 cm.
