Le Corbusier LC6 numbered table

Design table 'Le Corbusier model LC6', serial number 'Cassina LC6 03690' engraved on the base. (see photo). Rectangular top in transparent glass, thickness 19 mm. Single-piece base in painted steel, adjustable height (5 cm) thanks to its 4 screw threads under the top. Dimensions: maximum height 75 cm x length 225 cm x depth 85 cm 6/8 people can sit around the table. Some micro-scratches from use on the top but no glass chips. The base also has some barely visible marks. This exceptional table created in the 1970s by Le Corbusier is an iconic model and a reference in terms of design. Published by the Italian brothers Cassina, precursors of industrial design. Still very popular in decoration magazines!
