Ow hallmark and cross under the base, for oscar wiskemann, Belgian goldsmith from the end of the 19th century century. Elegant line. Consisting of 3 pieces, with star-shaped strainer. Very good general condition. A few small scratches from use under the base. A slight deformation of the cap without impact. Completely cleaned recently, see last 2 photos before cleaning.
