An icon of French lighting from the 1970s, this table lamp is attributed to designer Philippe Barbier. It embodies the elegance of the French style of the time, with its sculptural shapes blending different metal finishes, and its large lampshade contrasting steel and natural linen. The chrome structure is in excellent condition. The globes, once gilded, now have a "polished steel" appearance with very authentic warm reflections. The lampshade has been completely refurbished in our workshop in the spirit of Barbier's models. Made from high-quality linen, it is adorned with two brushed steel bands that highlight its elegance and echo the metallic elements of the base. The whole piece is in very good vintage condition. The electrical system has been rewired while retaining the original components, except for the electrical plug, which is new. E27 bulb included. A chic piece with a strong style, ready to be installed.
