Antique painted Swedish wooden chest

Antique pine wooden chest painted brown-green, originating from Sweden, circa 1800. This chest features beautiful old wrought ironwork such as the corners, hinges, and handles. We have cleaned this chest, restored it where necessary, and applied a layer of wax. The wood at the bottom of the chest has some water damage. We have removed the weak parts and then heavily varnished the whole to preserve it. A beautiful authentic piece that, due to its compact size, can be placed in any room.
