Former oil painting on cardboard by jean de ryck, belgian artist. This painting depicts a landscape of characters in the middle of a park standing in the shade of huge trees. The bushes are in bloom, the colors are bright, the vegetation is dense and green. The size of the characters seems extremely small given the height of the surrounding vegetation, reinforcing the impression of density and power of nature. The quality of the details and the painting technique are very beautiful. The painting is old, some defects due to its age may appear. The cardboard has slightly curved in the center.
