Sven Ellekaer Lounge Chair And Stool For Christian Linneberg 1962

Nice lounge chair with stool by sven ellekaer for christian linneberg, denmark 1962. This beautiful design features elkaer’s signature circular shapes and tripod legs. The frames are made of rosewood, and the seats of black leatherette. The chair features an oversized bent backrest and a perfectly round circle as a seat, which is at an angular position for additional seating comfort. The stool is made of the same rosewood tripod legs, and a circular seat in leatherette. This set was a “born together” set and has been preserved equally over the years, in the same home, which makes it a rare find.
