Old vintage box of the famous German gingerbreads from Nuremberg e. Otto Schmidt, dating from the 1980s. This box represents the artist Albrecht Dürer (1471-1528, originally from Nuremberg!) traveling to Venice, then painting the Emperor Maximilian I. We also see the apostles John, Peter, Mark and Paul, from the work “The Four Apostles” (1526) by Dürer. Very good vintage condition, the lid opens and closes without problem.
