Superb large presentation platter for hors d'oeuvres in 18/10 stainless steel, by Jean Couzon, made in France, stamped on the reverse. Vintage mid-20th century, 1950s–1970s. Round, divided into five sections, with a large central circular compartment surrounded by four peripheral compartments, ideal for presenting canapés, crudités, or appetizers. Wide rim finely striped and featuring two very beautiful worked handles, with a sculpted decoration in a neoclassical style, possibly made of a tin-type alloy. Maximum width including handles is 45.5 cm, diameter is 35 cm, height is 2.2 cm. Very good overall condition, with some fine usage scratches and very discreet light micro-scratches from cleaning. Weighs approximately 1 kg.
