This rare Space Age pendant by Italian designer Goffredo Reggiani consists of 3 chrome arms that illuminate multiple points in space. The arms can be oriented in different directions. Each arm ends with a chrome ball containing a socket. Any type of bulb can be used, but a silver-tipped bulb is recommended for a more pleasant light. Goffredo Reggiani launched his Reggiani Illuminazione manufacturing in the early 1950s. He is known for his futuristic designs in response to the space age that began in the 1970s. Reggiani primarily used chrome, as well as opal glass and teak, for his Space Age creations. Today, the Reggiani company is still in operation. Material: chrome. Origin: Italy. Period: 1970-1979.
