Alipes black swivel salon chair with chrome star base by Giorgetto Giugiaro

This vintage swivel chair features a distinctive sculptural silhouette, combining a curved black seat shell with a separate upholstered backrest and a polished metal star-shaped base. The wraparound sides create a defined seating form, while the swivel mechanism adds practical functionality. The contrast between the black upholstery and metallic base gives the chair a sleek, modern appearance. Its compact yet distinctive design makes it suitable for a home office, dressing area, bedroom, or contemporary living space. It can also serve as an accent chair in a vintage-inspired or eclectic interior. With its combination of curved lines, dark upholstery, and a star-shaped base, this chair reflects the streamlined aesthetic associated with modern furniture design of the mid-to-late 20th century.
