Flat fish set and 6 barbotine plates, vintage fish set

Superb colors for this old and heavy ceramic barbotine fish service from the 1960s - 6 flat plates in the shape and decoration of a stylized flat fish and a long presentation dish - not stamped but from the famous Digoin-Sarreguemines earthenware factory in Lorraine (France) created around 1790 - the manufacture ceased in 1979. Good vintage condition: some small scratches from use - a small chip under the edge of the dish. (see last photograph). Note that colors may vary depending on the screen. Plate: 28.5 X 25 cm - serving dish: 55 X 25 cm - total weight approximately 6.30 kg. Becoming rare to find, this magnificent and elegant table service in autumn colors of dark yellow and green ochre will be a superb wedding gift, birthday... an oyster or other sea shell service, an original wall decoration...
