Rare and exceptional amphora-shaped vase in solid ruby red crystal, produced in 1993 by the prestigious Italian house Vetro Bisazza, world-renowned and considered the "Ferrari of glass mosaic." An emblematic piece from the brief foray of the world master of mosaic into the art glass edition, this collection was created in close collaboration with the illustrious Seguso family of master glassmakers in Murano. The "Scavo" Technique. This massive piece (2.2 kg) showcases the "Scavo" (digging) technique. Minerals fused at 800°C create a matte, porous, and chalky exterior texture, mimicking archaeological remains. This brutalist finish contrasts magnificently with the brilliance and depth of the red crystal inside. Two solid frosted glass handles, applied hot, frame the neck. Mint Condition (Gallery Quality) Exceptional conservation state, particularly rare. No chips, cracks, or internal cloudiness. The base is ground flat and has been perfectly preserved from any usage scratches by silicone pads. Signature. Authenticated by a circular engraving under the base "VETRO BISAZZA 1993" surrounding the spiral logo of the Italian house.
