Large harness thonet no.21 / 9521 from 1910-1914 ca design attributed to josef hoffmann, characteristic of the secessionist current initiated by the architect and his emulations in viennese art-new furniture. Good original condition, varnish worn on trays. Thonet etiquette under tray. Initially designated as a plant holder/vase holder ("blumenst-nder"), this type of harness ideally welcomes any object to be installed in height (flower vase, lamp, etc.) or to be highlighted (art or collectible). Height 122 cm - top tray 32 X 32 cm - bottom tray 34.5 X 30 cm.
