Plate KG Lunéville model Delft

Elegant antique hollow plate made of ironstone from the Keller & Guérin factory – Lunéville. Its deep blue decoration is inspired by Delft porcelain and 18th-century oriental motifs: a stylised tree and flowers framed by a geometric frieze and floral bouquets. This plate belongs to the Delft series: this "Delft" model was produced by Keller & Guérin around 1890–1910, at a time when Lunéville was reinterpreting oriental motifs in a French decorative spirit. The quality of the decoration's printing, the finesse of the lines, and the slightly ivory glaze make it a very beautiful collectible piece. Stamped: KG Lunéville Delft and an impressed mark of a stylised heart and an L. Diameter 23.5 cm, height 3 cm. In beautiful vintage condition, shiny, with some micro scratches from use, without cracks or chips. For a family home atmosphere or a revisited chic French cottage.
