Lithography board engraving vintage birds - 1850

Very nice colorful engraving from a buffoon edition. This is the milloin and the wild duck. In very good condition. Original extremely well preserved dating from about 1850. The beautiful illustrated subjects of these period editions are becoming rare now. Chic in the finesse of typography and engraving strokes. The colors are original, black engraving enhanced in hand colors at the time. We must be aware that this document has gone through at least 170 years; it is still intact! Beautiful once framed. 16 X 26 cm.
