Sarreguemines U&C vase jug Malines in blue floral earthenware 28cm

This superb old pitcher vase, well-rounded, is made of Sarreguemines earthenware. It is a lovely large jug featuring a decoration of wildflowers and friezes of arabesques. This antique glazed ironstone vase is adorned with a refined floral motif on a cream background. The shape is harmonious, and its neck is wide and even. Whether it holds a bouquet of flowers or simply serves as a decorative object, it will bring charm to your interior. From the "Malines" model, the decoration is screen-printed in blue. This rare piece is signed "Malines U&C Sarreguemines" and numbered "2A 228" in relief. In good condition, it measures approximately 28 cm in height. Note: there are some crazing under the glaze at the bottom and small chips under the base.
