Mid-century German space age metal coat rack by Bremshey, Solingen

Rare mid-century coat rack by Bremshey, Solingen. A timeless and functional design in chrome tubular steel and solid flat steel. The head of the coat rack is formed by two flat steel arms with notches to accommodate hangers. The arms can be independently adjusted in angle and fixed. This is both functional and gives the coat stand a changing appearance. The shaft has a perforation for height adjustment. At the bottom, it ends with a sturdy 5-legged base with rubber pads. The coat rack is in very good condition with signs of use and patina. Dimensions: H: 137.5-197 cm, W: max. 88 cm.
