Buffet / Walnut dessert table - Early 20th century

Buffet / Sideboard in solid walnut from the early 20th century. This piece of furniture features a belt with two drawers that pull out using drop handles and can be locked with a central key (key missing). Its top is framed and moulded. The panel opens to the back with hinges, revealing a black marble inset in a wooden frame. This flap offers two supports that extend to hold a serving tray. The entire piece rests on two turned legs at the front and two rectangular legs at the back. This sideboard is a practical and useful piece of furniture, with interesting dimensions, suitable for any type of interior. It has retained all its beautiful patina. Additionally, it has some signs of wear (marks from dishes, slight chip in the marble - see last photo). Dimensions: Furniture L.116 X D.45 X H. Closed 97cm. Internal dimensions of the drawers: L.43 X D.37 X H.9.5cm. Height between the shelves: 26 & 34cm.
