Adorable collectible art porcelain subject, hahn georges selim for goebel, germany. Vintage 80s (1984). Figuring a small stocky nagazaki rooster, modern design style, art deco, polychrome hand painted in shades of turquoise blue, red, white, red, duck blue/green, black, white, yellow... Large crest, tail full of feathers. Numbered 38930 29.26cm max height, 26cm length, approximately 17cm max width. Very good general condition, a small very discreet restoration on the bottom of the left barbel, (filled and painted chip), a chip on the back of the tail, minimal, no other accidents. However, the chest, legs and bases have been repainted (curved) due to several paint defects and old brush restorations, less shiny appearance than the rest of the body, some imperfections visible under the layers of black, small defects on the edges but very discreet, the final appearance is heterogeneous and harmonious, clean. Relatively rare piece, very decorative and of good quality. About 1kg.
