Set of 6 Napoleon III period chairs in blackened wood and caning

Set of six chairs in blackened wood and caning, two of which will need reupholstering although they are still functional. They date from the Napoleon III period and are in excellent condition, with a rather unusual and rare design. They are stable and sturdy, and of very high quality in both construction and aesthetics.
