The Model 511 by Nybro Armatur Fabrik has a slim, brushed aluminium stem rising from a modest disc base — understated, almost to the point of invisible. And then there is the shade.Deep red with a bold white grid pattern, trimmed top and bottom with hand-threaded detailing, it is the kind of shade that stops you mid-scroll. It is vivid, graphic and completely unafraid. The contrast between the quiet base and the expressive shade is exactly what makes this lamp so endearing.The lamp has been fully checked, cleaned and rewired and is ready to use. The base and stem are in wonderful condition with only minor signs of wear. The shade shows its age gracefully in a few spots, and there is a small bulge at the seam, but nothing that takes away from its considerable charm.
