Charming tripod stool in stained solid wood, with pencil-shaped legs, a shape found in particular on charlotte perriand's "berger" stool. The aesthetic is quite raw, with reliefs in the wood, knots and veins that can be seen and felt to the touch, but the seat, thick, is soft to the touch. No splinters or snags in clothes if you sit on it. The legs are threaded and screw directly into the seat. It can also be used as a sofa end table, bedside table or plant stand. It must date from the 60s or 70s. It is in good general condition, solid and stable, but has the patina of time and use: small marks, scratches on the wood. It should also be noted that the end of the thread of one of the legs has a small lack but this has no impact on the solidity of the stool and its aesthetic since it is at the very end of the part that screws into the seat. For shipping, the legs will be unscrewed, but I will take care to number each leg and each hole so that each leg finds its original place, it is always better for stability. This stool measures 36.5 cm in height, the seat measures 26 cm in diameter for a thickness of approximately 3.3 cm. The base forms a triangle of approximately 30-35 cm on each side.
