Still life painting

Large still life from the 1950s signed by the southern painter Léon Sabatier, known above all for his Provençal landscapes. Magnificent oil on canvas in warm colors. Note, as we can see in one of the photos, the cracks in the thick varnish are visible in places. This does not detract from the overall appearance of the painting. This has passed into the hands of a professional restorer for a good cleaning, so no unpleasant surprises to be had. The weight is significant given the dimensions of the painting (105x66cm), 3.8kg without the packaging package.
