Silver-plated champagne bucket from the Saint-Médard silversmith.

Very beautiful champagne bucket from the Saint Medard silversmithing, in Louis XV / Regency style. See photo of the hallmark; the square contains the silversmith's symbol, which is a thistle emblematic of the house. The bucket, with its timeless classic style, features a flared tulip silhouette, ending with a scalloped edge and typical rocaille fillet moldings. The handles, two fixed grips, are richly crafted and adorned with volutes and acanthus foliage. Very good condition, no signs of wear.
