This botanical lithograph by Redouté is a delicate reproduction of the work of Pierre-Joseph Redouté, a famous 19th-century botanical painter, also known as a botanical plate. This print is: Rosa centifolia foliacea - Hundred-leaf rose, foliaceous. The lithograph was created by the printer Rémond, based on a work by P.J. Redouté. It is presented in a patinated gilt frame, decorated with a fine gray-green border, in very good condition. The mat, decorated with yellowed paper, adds all the charm of a beautiful vintage element and particularly highlights the work. The whole is in very good condition (with only a few discreet signs of use).
