Capiz mother of pearl shell ceiling mount attributed to Rausch, Germany 1970s

This wonderfull ceiling mount is made of capiz mother of pearl shells. It has been attributed to bausch beleuchtung germany, 1970s. This is the larger model and has a diameter of 50 cm ( height 25 cm ). The cadiz shell if mostly found in east asia, primarily indonesia and the philippines. The slap is in fair condition with 1 flown one of the shells as seen in the pic. This does not effect the overal look and feel of this wonderful lamp. The finnish is in brass.
