Biomorphic-inspired sculpture, on an industrial wooden base, 28 cm

Biomorphic-inspired sculpture, made of satin-finish white porcelain biscuit and mounted on a turned wooden base with an industrial look. This fluid and abstract piece, whose silhouette evokes the organic forms of modernist art, was designed from an old balloon mold. Thin, slender, and slightly flattened, the sculpture plays with the balance between volume and lightness. Its satin finish subtly captures the light, while the patinated wooden base gives it a sober and authentic foundation. Robust and stable, despite the thinness of the material, it lends itself equally well to a stand-alone presentation or to a larger composition. The object presented is sold individually. Several copies with varying shapes and bases are available. Together, they form a coherent and graphic decorative series (see the last photo). Height: 28 cm. Very good condition.
