Set number 2 of 3 flat plates. Exceptional polychrome iron earth of the 1880s. Clairefontaine earthenware. Stamped js&cie. Jules sanejouand, manager of the clairefontaine factory from 1885 to 1889. Hunting collection. Different décor brown and blue. Blue vegetal decoration, oak leaves and acorns. Brown animal decoration, pheasant, fox and hare. Diameter 23.7 cms. These nuggets have the marks of their age that make them so singular but there is no brilliance. A slight crack on the fox plate. Each plate is photographed individually in order to see the condition of each of them. Precious dishes so no shipping. Only hand delivery, delivery by me in the tarn or transport via cocolis.
