Set of 6 dehillerin brewery 1900 in ebony and steel

Series of ebony table knives, steel blade, signed by dehillerin, the famous parisian merchant of restaurant equipment since 1820 in les halles. Around 1900. One of the knives, virtually identical, is not signed, it probably replaced a damaged knife. Very nice series of high quality with the usual traces of use on very old steel blades. Lots of chic. Length 22.5cm.
