Beautiful set of four antique chairs by Jacob & Josef Kohn, marked J. & J. Kohn – Wsetin, Austria. Curved wooden structure, with pressed wood seats and backs featuring rich floral and ornamental decoration, particularly intricate. Austrian manufacture from the late 19th / early 20th century, around 1900. The set is in very good condition considering its age, and the four chairs are solid, stable, and immediately usable. Three chairs are in remarkable condition, with only very slight signs of use. The fourth has a small, very discreet chip at the bottom of one leg. Only the seat plate has been restored, neatly and professionally, without altering the original appearance. Very beautiful old patina, homogeneous and decorative set, with particularly elegant pressed decoration.
