Superb pair of vintage armchairs from the 1950s, featuring a bold modernist design and elegant presence. They stand out for their reclining mechanism offering three positions, allowing the backrest to be adjusted for a more or less relaxed seating — a rare functional detail for furniture of this era. The black wooden structure, with its graphic and dynamic lines, is accentuated by sculpted armrests. The seats and backrests, generously padded, are dressed in a caramel upholstery with regular stitching, typical of the 1950s aesthetic. They offer excellent comfort while maintaining a strong decorative identity. Very good vintage condition, functional mechanisms, sound structures and seats, with slight signs of wear consistent with age (see photos).
