Large tapestry / wall hanging in an antique style by the manufacturer JP Paris, gobelin panels. Made using the printing process in the 1960s/70s. Reproduction in the style of a woven gobelin tapestry depicting a beautiful pastoral scene of nobility in the 15th century. This panel is inspired by classic French tapestries (18th-century spirit) and represents a quality decorative production from the mid-20th century, ideal for dressing a living room wall, a sofa or bed top, a hallway, or a country house. The panel is fully lined with thick canvas and features a hanging system with metal fixing tabs at the top. Numbered product - Original label “JP Paris – gobelin panels” present and legible (item no. 2733 – dimensions 105 X 115 cm). Very good overall vintage condition. The panel shows a beautiful patina of time, with soft and muted colour tones, harmonious and warm, typical of decorative gobelin panels. No tears or missing parts. See photos for details.
