1970s Rosenthal Bjorn Wiinblad Signed Etched & Cut Glass Vase

A scarce clear glass cylinder vase with thick walls and an etched splash-like design highlighted with a fine hand cut outline. The vase was designed by danish artist and designer, bjørn wiinblad (1918-2006) for rosenthal, germany. Wiinblad designed a similar vase for rosenthal's 100th anniversary in 1979, and this should date from around the same period. The vase has wiinblad's etched signature to the side of the vase, and is marked 'rosenthal - studio linie' to the base. The vase has a few very minor surface marks, but generally excellent.
