Art deco round hat box 1920, 34 x 16 cm

This delicate hat box is made of brown cardboard. It is an authentic vintage hat carton that the ladies used for transporting and preserving headgear. This box closes with a lock (which works). The key always accompanies this lock (which is rare!). The interior is lined with art deco stylized patterned paper. A beautiful decorative object that evokes the fashion of yesteryear: the elegant dresses with floral dresses, gloved and hated for all occasions... You can stack the vintage hat boxes and boxes for an accumulation effect. This box can be entwined in another vintage brown hat box (in stock too). In good general condition, this hat box measures 34 cm in diameter and 16 cm in height. I report traces of use (worn edges, traces of oxidation on the metal and scratches).
