Difficult to dated but I think of the 30s or 40s. Length with handle: 85 cm without a handle 66 cm. Diameter of the ferris wheel 40 cm. Bottle diameter 9 cm. Lower glass tray 50x38 cm. Glass top shelf 37x38 cm. Space between the two level 46 cm.
