Patinated tea table

George III style tea or games table, console or desk with a patinated finish. It has been stripped and then given a traditional patina using natural, homemade recipes: a casein lime patina and crackle pigments. The original hardware has been cleaned (drawer lock is not functional). The drawer (68 X 38 X 6 cm) is lined with wallpaper and the edges are waxed gold. It has a pull-out drawer (20 X 22 cm) with a brass knob on each side. Dimensions: H. 69.5 cm, W. 82 cm, D. 52 cm.
