Exceptional set of 6 dessert plates stamped capodimonte, the famous porcelain factory of naples, charles de bourbon era - late 18th century. This set is probably mid-19th, mark crowned n in blue enamel and crossed swords. Dense and heavy porcelain, cold and shiny all white - which dates these pieces to the early / mid-19th baroque - still artisanal with traces of manufacture, shape not quite flat. The high-relief wing is a delightful frieze of cherubs. Very good condition, without traces of use. A plate is stamped on the 6. Pattern and material both hyper modern and neo classic late 18th.
