Six vintage plates in fine earthenware from Gien service "Gentilly"

The plates are all in very good condition, no cracks, no gaps, no shards. They come from the earthenware of gien, in the city of the same name, in the loiret, in France. Among the earthenwares born in the 19th century, the gien earthenwork is one of the most famous, and the most important in Europe. These are hollow plates of the service "gentilly", with the motif in the background of plates of graceful soft branches with tricolor leaves, painted by hand, on a white background, all in delicacy. The plates are marked on the reverse of the brand of the earthenware in black ink. They date back to the early 1960s.
