Blown glass vase, low round shape with crumpled neck / corolla, typical of Art Nouveau and Belle Époque glassware. It is also called a handkerchief vase. Details. Material: Blown glass, slightly frosted / satin finish from an acid bath. Thin walls, possible air bubbles. Decoration: Very wavy neck with 6 to 8 points, highlighted with gold leaf applied by brush on the edge. The gold is worn in places, which is normal and confirms its age. Manufacture: Mouth-blown, opening worked hot with tongs. No mould. Polished flat base. Attribution: Common model from Legras, Mont Joye (St-Denis), Harrach, or Bohemian glassworks. Without a signature, difficult to attribute precisely, but the style is 100% Legras / Mont Joye.
