Wonderful large wooden bowl dates from the 1950s. Hand produced from layers of veneers of steamed pink beech. The veneers have been glued at 30 degree angle from the grain, then hand turned to produce a wonderful shape and pattern from the layered veneers. The bowl stands on three small turned bun feet. In good vintage condition, nicely patinated. St1244.
