Adjustable height piano bench (or rectangular piano stool) in Mid-Century Modern style (1950s to 1970s) made in Italy, registered design. Compass legs reminiscent of Scandinavian style. It uses a cross-lift system (scissor mechanism) operated by a brass threaded rod and two side knobs, allowing for precise height adjustment for the pianist. It is in good condition and sturdy.
