Painting signed G Welters XXth century

Very beautiful marine, oil on canvas, in a brown wooden frame, representing waves at sunset. These are strikingly realistic. The painting is signed lower left g walters. Italian painter, gugliemo walter (1913-2003) specialized in paintings of marine landscapes and often waves. The painting is in very good condition, except for the presence of some small dirt very little visible and can be removed by a small cleaning for purists (see the many photos), and the frame has some traces of wear but can be removed if you want the canvas.
