Vase Vallauris – Art pottery – Work from the 50s/60s. Important art pottery vase from Vallauris, featuring a polychrome decoration on a black glazed background. Model with a sculptural and organic design, typical of the artistic production of the 1950s-1960s, showcasing a beautiful asymmetrical opening and a pierced handle. Superb enamel work with material effects, blending drips and vibrant shades (reds, yellows, greens) contrasting with the dark background. Impressed signature under the base “Vallauris” and an old original label “Céramique d’Art Vallauris”. A very beautiful decorative object, representative of the modernist aesthetic of the post-war period. Dimensions: H 33 X W 25 X D 32 cm. Very good overall condition.
