This fully renovated Scandinavian teak free-standing wall unit was designed by Fredrik A. Kayser and made by Gustav Bahus in Norway in the 1960s... Poul Cadovius also collaborated with this factory as they were renowned for great quality and very skilled carpentry work. The overall set size is H: 199 / W: 198 / D: 45 cm. It features a tambour door cabinet, a lockable checkered cabinet with an inner shelf and two separated inner spaces, 5 shelves, and a console with 4 drawers. The arrangement of the shelves can be easily changed. The shown setup is just an example. Due to its simplicity, this piece is perfect for a living room, bedroom, or even a dining room. Manufacturers stamp preserved on the console's back. This set includes: A tambour door cabinet H: 45 / W: 95 / D: 42 cm, A locable doors cabinet H: 45 / W.: 95 / D.: 42 cm, A console H: 28 / W: 95 / D: 28 cm (drawer’s height 8 cm), Four shelves 20 cm depth, 3 teak supports 199 cm high, Brass hangers. The unit has been fully renovated. All doors work properly and smoothly. The wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and finished with layers of satin lacquer identical to the original finish. Overall, it is in great vintage condition, with absolutely minor signs of use. We have over 200 vintage shelves from the mid-20th century. We offer them in various sets.
