Art Deco hairdresser

Elegant French Art Deco dressing table from the 1920s-1930s, featuring a mirror and a large drawer. Made of walnut and walnut burr veneer, resting on streamlined legs characteristic of early Art Deco design. The understated geometry and balanced proportions give the piece a light and refined appearance. There are only a few signs of wear and age-related marks consistent with its era (the mirror has slight tarnishing, and there are small chips on the corners of the drawer front); the wood surrounding the mirror is darker than the piece itself. None of this detracts from describing it as a piece in good condition. The structure is solid, the veneer is stable, and the mirror (removable) is functional. This dressing table can also serve as a console, writing desk, or side table, making it versatile for contemporary interiors.
