Asteroid flower vase by Jan Sylwester Drost for Huta Szkła Gospodarczego Ząbkowice, 1960

Jan sylwester drost flower vase "ASTEROID" in a beautiful light pink colour, made by Huta Szkła Gospodarczego "Ząbkowice". Elements of this project were awarded with a gold medal at the Second International Triennale of Glass and Porcelain in Jablonec in 1976. From then on it became a flagship product by Huta Szkła Gospodarczego "Ząbkowice". In 1984 it became part of permanent exhibition at The Corning Museum Of Glass in New York, USA. The vase has one crack showed in the pictures however in does not leak and remains fully functional.
