Table called E 1027, adjustable glass and chrome steel designed by Eileen Gray in 1927. The glass shelf is adjustable in height thanks to a sliding foot. Note that the set is quite right it is slightly tilted this is visible on the photos! Eileen Gray will be one of the first to use tubular steel Marcel Breuer, Gerrit Rietveld and Charlotte Perriand. This table still amazes by its modernity: she could be a creation of today. It is part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Here it is a reissue of the 1970s.
